Secular Tree Trimming
PFC is sponsoring a secular holiday tree (along with Festivus Pole and Winter Solstice exhibit) in Roosevelt Park in Arnold, PA for their Festival of Lights on Saturday, Dec 8th. The park is at the intersection of Constitution Blvd. and Drey St.
We will be trimming our tree with purely secular ornaments and decorations. You may bring your own ornaments, or if unable to attend, get them to Marie S. in time for our decorating party.
If neither of those options work for you, contribute to her fund for providing decorations (recommended donation is $10). Working together, I'm sure that we can make a strong statement demonstrating the engagement and activism of the secular community in the Pittsburgh area.
Light refreshments will be provided.
