It is once again Winter Solstice time and that means it's time for all the various Solstice celebrations. And the non-believer community is no exception. We give you - Festivus!!! Each year we hold a traditional Festivus celebration - complete with Festivus pole, airing of grievances, along with contests of mental agility and feats of strength. It should be noted that last year's contests were both won by the same person. Anyone care to challenge that dominance? And in keeping with last year (not to mention our bar trivia team) there will also be a brief secular trivia contest - so invite your friends to form a team. We will also be raffling off some PFC swag as a fundraiser of sorts in addition to having it available for sale.

Admission is only $20 per adult and $8 for children under 18 and over 5 years of age. Food will be provided and each adult of legal age will receive one ticket good for one free drink from the bar.

The Pittsburgh Freethought Community will also be collecting for our first annual food drive at Festivus, donated non-perishable goods will go to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, or you can make donations here: https://www.crowdrise.com/o/en/campaign/freethought-food-drive
