Happy Money, The Science of Happier Spending. Elizabeth Dunn and Michael Norton. This is a good, very short, easy to read book and appropriate to thinking how we all might make ourselves happier in 2020. Most people get help on how to earn, save and invest their money. When it comes to spending, most follow their intuition, but research shows these intuitions are often wrong. The authors outline five principles as to how you can get more happiness for your money, from choosing experience over stuff to spending money on others.

Our library system has 10 copies. Available at Amazon Used for $2.00. Note: this is a new time (1:30 PM) and new location from the past. 2019 was a whirlwind with changing locations. I’m hoping we like this one for all of 2020.
