The Food We Eat:  How does our food affect our health and the health of the planet?

How does factory farming affect our food?  Can we avoid the application of pesticides and herbicides?  Are GMO’s helpful or harmful?  What can we do to select healthy food: Michael Pollan’s food philosophy.  The food system is inequitable.  Will changing it be easy?
