Paper cutting has a long history in many of the world's cultures and makes use of negative space in 2-D, while quilling represents a different type of paper art with more 3-D elements and color variety. In this first "show and tell" format, our member Katie will share some of her favorite works and artists who work with paper, and maybe even share some of her own paper cut works.
