Let's meet at the Visitor Center at ~12:50 pm to purchase admission so that we may be ready to start at 1 pm.
Standard tour fee is $10 per person.

After the tour, join us for an optional early dinner at Altered Genius Brewing Company, 411 Merchant Street, Ambridge.
Old Economy
Old Economy Village features 17 historic buildings surrounded by gardens located 18 miles northwest of Pittsburgh along the Ohio River in the Borough of Ambridge.
This National Historic Landmark was the home of the Harmony Society, one of the oldest and most financially and economically successful religious communal groups of the nineteenth century. The Society sought to create a utopia inhabited by German Lutheran separatists who subscribed to the mystical religious teachings of their leader George Rapp (1757-1847). In Economy, they waited for the second coming of the Messiah.
Today, you can explore the restored, original buildings, grounds, library, archives, see original artifacts and discover the history, cultural, and stories, of this community's discipline and economic industry. Old Economy is unique among similar sites (like Williamsburg) in that it’s completely original, not reconstructed.
